Benefits of the Travel FREE Club Card
Different levels of the program
In order for the Club Card to advance to the Bronze level, the Participant must have accumulated 200 points, which is equivalent to purchases made with the right to points worth BGN 200.
In order to upgrade the Club Card to the Silver level, the Participant must have collected 2000 points, which is equivalent to purchases made with the right to points worth BGN 2000.
In order to upgrade the Club Card to the Gold level, the Participant must have accumulated 4000 points, which is equivalent to purchases made with the right to points worth BGN 4000.
Earning points
Each visit to a Travel FREE shop or shopping online can bring the customer 1 point for every 1 BGN purchased.
The accumulation of points does not include products expressly mentioned as prohibited in the terms and conditions, namely: products in promotions, tobacco products, vignettes, vouchers, event tickets, courier services, taxes for electric cars charging.
And more:
- Registration in the site or the mobile application: 50 points /once upon registration/.
- Birthday: 100 points /points are received of the 1st of the birthday month and are valid until the end of the same month, after which they are canceled if there is no purchase/.
- Name Day: 50 points /points are received of the 1st of the month with name day and are valid until the end of the same month, after which they are canceled if there is no purchase/.
Exchange rate of points
The points can be used for a purchase in a physical shops or on the website under the following parameters:
Bronze level: 1 point = 0.05 BGN
Silver level: 1 point = 0.07 BGN
Gold level: 1 point = 0.10 BGN
Points can be exchanged for products except for: tobacco products, vinettes, gift vouchers, courier services, taxes for electrocars charging or event tickets.

Google Play.The cards from the previous Club program will be valid till February 15th 2024, after which date the cards will be automatically transfered to the new program with collecting points.
With the registration on the site or in the mobile app the Participants confirm that they accept the Rules of participation.
