J.P.Chenet Medium-Sweet-Red 0.75L

The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness. Some are then vinified through thermo-vinification, some undergo traditional maceration with a short vatting time (around 5 days). The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks under inert gas.
